Welcome to our first themed workout event - Fit-Sense aim to run social events at least once a month to keep clients engaged and experiencing new ways to exercise.
This challenge will involve the participant performing a type of exercise movement that matches the Pokemon that appears in the app. For example, if a Pikachu appears on the map and is caught, the client could choose to perform a suitable exercise based on its move-set e.g. use "thundershock" (10 jump squats) or "quick attack" (10 skaters). At the end of the time period, there will be PRIZES for:
